Katherine Crump is entering her first year as the graduate manager for Jacksonville University’s women’s soccer team.
As the graduate manager, Crump will assist with goalkeeper training, coordinating practice, and other day-to-day operations for the team.
Crump brings valuable collegiate playing experience and club coaching involvement to the Dolphins.
The former goalkeeper was a four-year starter at Regis University in Denver, Colo., prior to her time at JU, starting 60 career games in between the posts for the Rangers.
In addition to her playing career, she also spent time on the sidelines, helping to coach the Real Colorado and Real Edge club soccer programs in the Denver area.
Crump earned her bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science from Regis in 2017, and will be pursuing a masters in sport management beginning this fall.
She is originally from Huntsville, Ala., and attended Huntsville High School.
