Women Finish Fourth At Lady Falcon Invitational

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -
Sophomore Ulrika Norden shot a three-over-par 76 (36-40) to finish tied for second and sophomore Melissa Holland shot a five-over-par 78 (40-38) to lead the Jacksonville University women's golf team to a fourth place finish over the weekend in the Lady Falcon Invitational. As a team, the Dolphins shot a 325 (163-162=325) to finish a stroke behind third-place Lynn University.

JU sophomore Pamela Shelley finished in a tie for 26th (40-42=82), while sophomores Winnie Dorminey finished in a tie for 57th (47-42=89) and Amanda Grigoriou (47-45=92), shot 18-over-par 92 to tie for 63rd.

Florida Southern won the competition with a 33-over-par 312, followed by Daytona Beach (314) and Stetson (319).

Florida Southern's Lisa Bell won the individual title, just one shot ahead of Norden, with a two-over-par 76 (38-37).
