In a pair of games this week, Campasano netted seven goals and tallied two assists as the Dolphins posted a record of 1-1.
“Cassie has really been a dominating attacker for us so far this year,” said JU head coach Mindy McCord. “She has a great ability to be in the right place at the right time and is a great team player.”
Against Boston College, Campasano scored one goal in a losing effort but came back to lead Jacksonville with seven points on five goals and two assists during a 14-12 win over St. Bonaventure, the school’s first home victory.
The Dolphins are back on the field tomorrow when they take on Vermont at 4 p.m. at the Ashley Sports Complex.
