AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Played in 17 games, starting five … finished as the team’s second-leading scorer with 29 goals, three assists and 32 points playing as an attacker … tied for the club lead with nine free-position goals … added 10 ground balls and three caused turnovers … scored five goals against Fresno State (2/26), marking the first of four hat tricks on the season … also scored three goals versus Longwood (4/3) … scored four goals at Howard (4/9) before setting a career high with six goals in just her second start of the season at Presbyterian (4/16) … ended the season with 13 goals in her last five games, including two goals in the NLC Semifinals against Davidson (4/30).
AS A FRESHMAN (2010): started 14 of 18 games … second on the team in goals (29) … recorded five assists … picked up 15 ground balls and 15 draw controls while causing two turnovers … scored a team-high five goals against Presbyterian (4/24) … fifth on the team in free-position goals (4) … will be the Dolphins top-returning scorer for the 2011 campaign … ended the previous season on a four-game goal-scoring streak … logged nine multi-goal games … has the highest shooting percentage (.518) of any returning player … had her best defensive game against LIU, forcing two turnovers.
HIGH SCHOOL: Started four years at Columbus High School under head coach Joe McDaniel … as a senior, helped lead her team to a regional championship while being named Midfielder of the Year after leading her team in goals (62) ... as a junior, named to her second Southeast Women’s National Team … as a sophomore, named Midfielder of the Year and Attacker of the Year while leading her team in goals (41) … as a freshman, named team’s Rookie of the Year…also lettered in volleyball.
PERSONAL: Born March 23, 1991 in Columbus, Ga… daughter of Gordon and Jeanne … proposed major is marine science.
